Should you believe your password or security for the Site or Services has been breached in any way, you must immediately notify us.
Use by Individuals Seeking Employment

Use by Employers
As an employer, your use of the Services may be subject to other contracts with Blitz Staffing. In the case of conflict between these Terms of Use and any other contract that you may have with Blitz Staffing, the terms of the contract shall prevail.
You, as an employer, agree and represent that you will only use the Site and Services in good faith for the legitimate purpose of seeking individuals for employment by your organization and that you will not use the Site or Service for any other purpose. You will not misrepresent, create an account under false pretenses, or take any other actions that may result in your ability to view profiles and/or contact individuals using the information provided by the Services except for the good faith purpose of seeking individuals for employment. You, as an employer, hereby release indemnify and hold harmless Blitz Staffing for any claims or actions resulting from your use of the site for any other purpose.
